CarByExperts provides on-site vehicle inspection services at the customer’s home or office in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, and Umm Al Quwain.
Our inspections are based on visual checks, diagnostics, and road tests (where applicable) and are conducted by trained professionals.
All inspection bookings must be made through our website or authorized communication channels.
Full or partial payment may be required before the inspection is confirmed.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for extra services, re-visits, or special requests.
Inspections are non-invasive and do not involve dismantling vehicle parts.
CarByExperts does not guarantee the future performance, reliability, or condition of the vehicle.
Reports reflect the vehicle’s condition at the time of inspection only.
Certain issues may not be detectable due to environmental conditions, vehicle cleanliness, or restricted access.
PPI Inspection reports are provided in digital format (whatsapp or email).
Reports are intended only for the customer who booked the service.
Reproduction, resale, or sharing of reports for commercial purposes without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Customers must ensure that:
The vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location
The vehicle owner or authorized representative is available if required
Accurate vehicle details are provided at the time of booking
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or cancellation.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made in advance.
Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-shows may result in full service charges.
CarByExperts shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or costs arising from reliance on the inspection report.
We are not responsible for hidden defects, future mechanical failures, or changes occurring after the inspection.
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the inspection service.
